Woodstock Trail Rides is owned and operated by Peter and Fran Bucknell on their nine thousand acre cattle property at Woodstock, Townsville.

Peter is a true Australian bushman having lived and worked on his sheep and cattle grazing properties in North Queensland.

Fran on the other hand grew up in London. She came to Australia as a young woman, met Peter and stayed on.

We implement the highest standards by incorporating the following in our rides:
 
· Group and individual riding instruction prior to your ride if required
· Regularly cleaned and maintained saddlery
· Well cared for and good natured horses
· Constant supply of cold drinks at no charge throughout your visit
· Complimentary Billy tea and damper with all rides
· An excellent quality of meals should you choose one of our longer rides
· The operation of all rides by both Peter and Fran personally
